When you need more
More tools for the way you work.
You may need more than a payment record, even for one apartment. Find the tools for the way you manage your property.
Starter and Pro
Keep related properties together
Use property groups for apartments in one building or rooms in one apartment. Keep each property’s agreements and records separate.

Track expenses and their payment status. Review rent received, expenses paid and outstanding amounts together.
Pro
Set up the work that repeats
Schedule recurring expenses and recurring maintenance. LordKeeper creates the next expense or work order from that schedule.
Pro
Spend less time on routine steps
Enable automatic agreement activation and payment submission confirmation when they suit your workflow. Export data for work outside LordKeeper.

Before you start
Can I use LordKeeper for free?+
Yes. Free includes one property, agreements, rent payments, documents and reminders. It is a plan you can keep using, not a time-limited trial.
Does LordKeeper collect rent?+
Payments happen outside LordKeeper, using the payment method you agree on. LordKeeper keeps the records so you can see what has been paid and what is still due.
Does my tenant have to sign up?+
You can manage an agreement and record rent payments before your tenant joins. When you schedule an agreement, LordKeeper sends invitations to participants with an email address. They need an account to view their agreement, send payment submissions and use messages, but do not need a paid subscription.
Is it for leases or short stays?+
Both. Use leases for ongoing rent periods or stays for a fixed visit with check-in and check-out times. Start from an existing agreement or prepare the next one.
Which languages can I use?+
English, Russian and Georgian. Each person can choose their own interface language.
